We ask every household in Garden Village to contribute €50 per year to the maintenance of the estate. That works out at 14¢ per day. Currently, homeowners and landlords in the estate pay no property management fees. We also have no county council services to maintain the grounds.
Last year, approximately half of households paid the annual fee, risking the viability of the association. The annual fee funds the services we all avail of and, without them, there is a risk that services will need to be cut back. To make it easier to pay fees, we’ve added an online credit card payment option.
